Skype Lessons
【Skypeレッスン】どの国でも大丈夫です。
【時間】日本時間の午前10時から午後5時まで、月曜日、水曜日、金曜日（状況により時間が変更になる可能性があります。）
【必要なもの】
・Skype（アプリケーション）
・パソコンもしくはインターネットに繋げられるスマートフォン
・ウェブカメラとマイク
【Skype lessons】Available for all in any country
【Available time】JST 10:00am~5:00pm on Mon, Wed, Fri, (The time table will be changed depending on the situation.)
【What you need】
・Skype (application)
・PC or smart phone which can connect to the internet.
・WEB camera and microphone.
Face to Face Lessons
【対面レッスン】神奈川県内
【場所】カフェや会議室など
【Face to Face lessons】Available area in Japan ー in Kanagawa pref.
【Place】Café, meeting room, etc.
Payment
【国内】銀行振込（振込手数料はご負担ください）
【海外】銀行振込（振込手数料はご負担ください）
・銀行振り込みをレッスンの3日前までに済ませてください。振込を確認後にレッスンスタートが出来ます。
・レッスンの登録料はいりません。
・テキストはレッスンの前に、ご自分でご購入ください。
【Domestic】Bank transfer
【From overseas】Bank transfer (You need to pay for transfer fee.)
・Bank transfer : Please complete your payment 3 days before your lesson booked. After confirmation of transfer, you can start your lessons.
・You will not be charged lesson-registration fee.
・Lesson fee doesn’t include cost of text books.
Cancel Policy
【キャンセル料について / Skypeレッスン】
“Inquiry“に名前、国、キャンセル理由とキャンセルするレッスンの日時を書いてください。
予約したレッスンの開始時間24時間前までのキャンセルは無料です。
予約したレッスンの開始時間の24時間以内のキャンセルは100％のレッスン代がかかります。
【キャンセル料について / 対面レッスン】
予約したレッスンの前日午後7時までのキャンセル無料です。
予約したレッスンの前日午後7時以降のキャンセルは100％のレッスン代がかかります
【Cancel Policy / Skype lesson】
Free: cancel until 24 hours before your booked lesson-starting time.
100%: cancel less than 24 hours before your booked lesson-starting time.
【Cancel Policy / Face to Face lesson】
Free: cancel by (JST) 19:00 on previous lesson-day you booked.
100%: cancel after (JST) 19:00 on the previous lesson-day you booked.
